Ryan founded RDW Recruiting because he got tired of seeing social media "influencers" giving the talent acquisition profession a bad name to it's main product, job seekers. He was tired of seeing agency recruiters catch a bad rap because their leadership believed KPIs from the 1980's are still relevant today. He's tired of hiring managers and businesses that are struggling because they can't find or retain talent. Ryan has over 12 years of experience in agency and corporate recruiting and leadership across many industries. He has worded as a Technical Recruiter, Engineering Recruiter, Sales Recruiter, High Volume Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Manager in the private sector and DoD. He is a Veteran of the United States Army, and he dedicates time to helping those who served find their second career working in government contracting.
